Author(s):  Dr. Anuttama Ghose is an Assistant Professor of Law at School of Law, Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune, India. She was previously associated with the Indian Institute of Legal Studies, West Bengal, India as Vice Principal and Assistant Professor of Law. Along with being an IPR enthusiast, she is also a very keen researcher and has various academic publications in national and international journals.
