Orders placed through our online bookstore are usually processed within three business days of your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed you should receive a further notification. If a confirmation does not reach you, please check your spam or junk folder first, or write to us at admin@ethicspress.com and we will confirm your order for you. All orders are sent by tracked services. 

For international orders- Please note that we have no power over any VAT-Custom charges that may apply upon arriving at your country.
