Biography

Author(s):  Dr. Robert V. Smith is Senior Consultant, Registry for College and University Presidents, and former Provost or Vice Provost for Research and Graduate Dean at four U.S. Research Universities. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas, U.S.A.
