Biography
Author(s): Dr. Junpeng Lyu is a Lecturer in Facilities and Built Asset Management at University College London (UCL). His research focuses on building performance, indoor environmental quality, and data-driven asset management. He has published extensively in leading international journals, with over ten papers as first or corresponding author, and serves as a reviewer for several high-impact journals in the built environment field. Professor Michael Pitt is Professor of Facility Management Innovation at UCL and an internationally recognised authority in facilities management and workplace innovation. He has authored more than 200 academic publications and has been named among the UK’s Top 50 Workplace Leaders in recognition of his significant contributions to research, education, and industry practice. Professor Paul Francis is an Honorary Professor at UCL’s Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction. Drawing on extensive experience across academia and industry, he has made substantial contributions to research, professional practice, and knowledge exchange, helping to bridge the gap between academic innovation and real-world application in the built environment sector.
