Biography

Author(s):  Katashi Nagao is a Professor at Nagoya University, where his research focuses on artificial intelligence and extended reality. He received his B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology. Professor Nagao's career includes foundational research in Natural Language Processing and Human-Computer Interaction at pioneering industrial labs, including IBM and Sony Computer Science Laboratories. He also served as a visiting scientist at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
