Author(s):  Dr Patrizia Marti is Professor of Experience Design and Design Thinking at the Department of Social, Political and Cognitive Science, the University of Siena, Italy. Dr Giulia Teverini is a Research Fellow at the Department of Social, Political and Cognitive Science, University of Siena.
